Billing/Subscription Issue Description *

*IMPORTANT Changes to our Help Desk System:

ATTENTION:
1) If you have a Technical issue with your seedbox, we would ask you to 'Report a problem' at your new BETA DASHBOARD, (see below) allowing us to take care of the problem directly.
2) If you have a Billing or Subscription issue, continue to use/update only one Ticket here at the Help Desk and we will get to your problem as soon as possible.

In an effort to improve response times, we are developing a new DASHBOARD where you can 'Report a problem' directly to the Technicians responsible for fixing them. (That's us :-)

This new interface also improves our Technician's abilities to overview and fix issues quickly and efficiently. By removing the middleman, we can vastly improve the time it takes to solve all issues.

Obviously, this is a beta version and we are improving many things. Your input is valuable to us.

As usual, we will provide refunds for downtime experienced and/or any subscription errors on our part. Thank you for your patience while we overhaul our system to quickly and efficiently serve all your needs.
