The URL to your seedbox's proxy is in this form:
 

By default, the Web Proxy is disabled.  To turn it do this:
 

1. Go to the Configuration tab in your Control Panel
2. Find where is says Web proxy and change it to Yes
3. Click Save to save your changes.

Don't forget to reboot the seedbox after making changes to your Configuration.
