Paypal Currency

We sell seedboxes in both U.S. Dollars and Euros.  If you don't have one of these currencies all you need to do is open up a Dollar or Euro balance in Paypal.
 

1. In Paypal, from the "My Account" tab, select "Profile"
2. Click the link, "Currency Balances"
3. Add a new currency with the drop down menu. Add one for Dollars or Euros.
4. Next you will need to put some money in that balance from your primary currency using the "Currency Exchange" tool on the same page.

This will allow you to pay for your seedbox with your Dollar or Euro Paypal balance as long as you have enough in that balance. You will then get your seedbox instantly and it wont try to pull from a back up source.

Subscription source

You may want to change your subscription payment source or check that it's setup to withdraw from the correct source.

If you want to change your funding source the first step is to add your new payment method to your PayPal account.  If you delete your old funding source before moving your subscription, PayPal will automatically cancel your subscription.
 

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click History under My Account at the top of the page.
3. From the 'More filters' drop-down menu, choose 'Subscriptions and agreements'--> 'Subscriptions'
4. Change the date range to include the month you purchased the subscription, and click 'Show'.
5. When you have found the subscription you are looking for, click Details.
6. Here you can view or change the source if you have setup a new payment method.

Paypal's help can give you more specific instructions.
 

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime you like from within your Paypal account.
 

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click History under My Account at the top of the page.
3. Choose Subscriptions from the Show drop-down menu.
4. Check the From box and change the date back to the year the subscription was created.
5. Click Search, and then click Details.
6. Click Cancel Subscription.
7. Click Cancel Subscription again.

You will, of course, get to use your seedbox until the end of the billing period. You can also resubscribe if you change your mind.

Renew a canceled subscription

You may want to renew your subscription near the end of when it expires because you will be paying again during renewal.
 

1. In your Dashboard click the 'account' tab,
2. Find the subscription you want to renew,
3. Click 'renew subscription',
4. *Click the Paypal 'subscribe' button and follow the directions!

*Update: There seems to be a change in Paypal's system, for now it is necessary to login to your Paypal account in a separate browser window or tab before clicking the 'subscribe' button in step 4. Then, when you click 'subscribe' it will ask for your Paypal login information again, but it will work!
 

Upgrade or downgrade a subscription
